How are you different from a moving company?

We bundle everything together – pack, move and settle. We manage the mover so you don’t have to. You will receive one invoice that will include the mover costs. Please click on Moving Services in the menu for more information.

How are you different from other real estate companies?

We are known for our real estate, but it’s our services that set us apart. Unlike most real estate companies, we will facilitate your transition from start to finish. Please click Our Services for more information.

What if I already have a Realtor®?

It’s not a problem. We would be happy to help you with your pack, move and settle. Additional services are offered only to our real estate clients.

How much will it cost?

There is no way of knowing how much it will cost until we have an opportunity to see the scope of work. One of our Move Coordinators will be happy to come to your home and will be able to provide you with a quote quickly. That quote will include packing, materials, moving, and settling your belongings into your new home.

There are many factors that play into the price of a pack, move and settle – the number of treasures someone has to the distance that the movers will need to travel to load the truck. We take the time to review your needs so that our estimate is reliable and we do our very best to stick to that estimate so there are no surprises.

What does it mean to settle?

We unpack your boxes, put all of your belongings away, and remove all packing materials from the space. That means your bed will be made and all clothes will be put into drawers and closets. If there are boxes that cannot be unpacked, they will be stored in the safest place possible, allowing ease of movement through the home. Our goal is to create a comfortable and familiar environment by the time we leave.

Where do you donate items?

We choose local charitable organizations that will take the items that need to be donated. Our goal is to donate everything we can.

Do you handle out-of-state moves?

Yes! We have partners all across the country and can help facilitate a move in and/or out of state. We can also help with home sales in other states.

Are you insured?

Our company and all of our partners are fully insured.

If you’re a one-stop-shop, why do you have two names?

Although our company operates under two names, we are one big team!
